Nous recherchons un (e) adjoint (e) administratif (ve) juridique et coordonnateur (trice) a la clientele pour se joindre a notre equipe. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement accueillant, chaleureux, moderne et lumineux, facilement accessible en voiture ou en transport en commun.

Le ou la candidat(e) ideal(e) saura faire preuve de professionnalisme, offrira un service a la clientele irreprochable et demontrera un grand souci du detail dans toutes ses taches.

Responsabilites principales



Ouvrir et preparer le bureau a 9 h Accueillir les clients et assurer une experience positive des leur arrivee Repondre aux demandes des clients par telephone ou courriel avec rapidite et professionnalisme Gerer la prise et la confirmation des rendez-vous Maintenir les salles de conference et l'aire de reception propres et organisees Traiter le courrier entrant et sortant Effectuer les demarches aupres des registres legaux (RDPRM, RFQ, RDTMQ, REQ, etc.) Offrir un soutien administratif et clerical a l'equipe de notaires Effectuer certaines taches juridiques de base (mainlevees, resolutions, recherches testamentaires, etc.) Effectuer occasionnellement des courses en voiture (banque, poste)

Profil recherche



Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit Professionnalisme exemplaire en matiere de service a la clientele Excellentes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle Aisance avec la technologie et capacite a s'adapter a differents logiciels de gestion Vitesse et precision en dactylographie Connaissances de base en droit Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites et a respecter des delais serres Autonomie, proactivite et capacite a suivre des directives Sens du detail, fiabilite et integrite professionnelle Permis de conduire valide et acces a un vehicule, un atout

Legal Assistant - Client Coordinator

Our law firm, established for over 10 years, continues to grow. We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant & Client Care Coordinator to join our team in a welcoming, friendly, modern, and bright office environment. We are conveniently located and easily accessible by car or public transit.

Key Responsibilities



Open and prepare the office for the day at 9:00 a.m. Greet clients and ensure a positive first impression Respond to client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and efficiency Schedule and manage appointments Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in an organized and welcoming state Process incoming and outgoing mail Coordinate legal registry requests with RDPRM, RFQ, RDTMQ, REQ, and similar services Provide administrative and clerical support to the team of notaries Assist with basic legal tasks such as discharges, resolutions, and will searches Perform occasional local errands by car (mail, bank deposits)

Qualifications & Skills



Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written Demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of client service Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to various software systems Fast and accurate typing Basic knowledge of legal processes and terminology Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while following directions Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to high standards of integrity and work ethic Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is an asset
