Responsibilities
Manage emails and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Handle scheduling, follow-ups, basic reception tasks, and client check-ins
Assist with outreach (DMs, email campaigns, corporate contacts)
Help maintain an organized workspace
Prepare documents, forms, and simple spreadsheets when needed
Run errands (pickups, deliveries, small tasks around Vancouver)
Support with social media messages and basic admin tasks
Assist founder with day-to-day operational needs
Requirements
Strong communication and writing skills
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Comfortable handling both office tasks and in-person errands
Professional and people-friendly
Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, spreadsheets)
Experience in admin, reception, customer service, or personal assistant work is an asset
Must be able to travel locally for errands (public transit or vehicle)
