QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicants with advanced education or exemplary experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment operation, public health and protection of the environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering) or equivalent in a closely related discipline
The ability to develop and teach undergraduate courses (theory and laboratory practice)
An understanding of, and experience in, the Canadian water and wastewater systems, operations and legislation.
A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
A commitment to honouring Truth, Reconciliation and Rights in PSE
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
Assets:
Masters Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering) or equivalent in a closely related discipline
Prior post-secondary education (PSE) -level teaching experience in related discipline
Experience in curriculum development
Work experience and connections to Industry.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
