About The Whistler Golf Club

Opened in 1983, the Whistler Golf Club is Arnold Palmer's first Canadian design. Surrounded by spectacular snow-capped mountain views and a commitment to exceptional course conditions, the Club delivers a truly Whistler brand of golf. The course is complemented by a six-acre driving range and practice facility, located just steps from Whistler Village.

Now entering an exciting new era, the Whistler Golf Club is midway through a comprehensive master plan renovation led by renowned architect Thad Layton, including the installation of a new, modern irrigation system. Following a successful deconstruction phase in Fall 2025, the course will remain closed throughout 2026, creating a rare opportunity to be deeply involved in a full-scale course transformation and the preparation for the course's highly anticipated relaunch in 2027.

Recently re-certified with Audubon International, the Whistler Golf Club is committed to environmental stewardship and maintaining a healthy relationship with the surrounding natural landscape and wildlife.
