Job Summary:

Reporting to the Style Director, your main focus as the Assistant Style Director is to sell and drive sales by assisting the Style Director in all aspects of the store operations, and providing leadership that optimizes sales results.

You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms.

You play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You maintain the brand by embodying fashion, leading by example, and maintaining visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You are an integral part of the success of Zumel & Co!

Qualifications:

High school diploma; post-secondary education in Fashion Management, Business or related discipline, an asset 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience Has proven sales skills and a passion for sales. Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities Independent self starter and team player Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
