We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused

Assistant Store Owner

(ASO) who will help run the store alongside the Owner. The ASO will share responsibility for delivering outstanding guest experiences, achieving sales targets, optimizing operations, and developing the store's local presence. The Assistant Store Owner

(ASO) to lead and manage two a retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service in both locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership, entrepreneurial skills and a passion for retail t to establish and grow their own store. The position requires a proactive approach to business development, team management, and organizational excellence.

Duties



Drive sales and achieve store KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, average order value, inventory performance) Recruit, train, and coach front-line staff; schedule shifts and manage payroll efficiency Maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand standards; execute seasonal displays Deliver exceptional customer service, including fitting guidance and post-sale support Manage inventory: receiving, stock counts, replenishment, markdowns, and shrinkage control Own local marketing efforts: events, partnerships, social media support, and customer outreach Monitor and report key metrics through weekly and monthly dashboards Collaborate with Owner on budgeting, merchandising decisions, and business growth initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience. Oversee financial transactions, including cash handling, banking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Skills



Passion for lingerie/fashion and exceptional customer care 10+ years in retail or customer-facing leadership; lingerie or specialty apparel a plus Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving store metrics Basic financial acumen: cash handling, POS reconciliation, shrinkage control Ability to manage schedules, train staff, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and peak hours Local market knowledge and a strong network for community partnerships (a plus) Sound time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks efficiently. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively.
