We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. We can assist to help you with LMIA.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and sales performance.
Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects brand standards.
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues.
Help with staff scheduling and task coordination
Handle basic administrative tasks
Experience
Strong English communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Previous experience in retail, food service, or kitchen work preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, reliable, and hardworking
Strong skills in negotiation, purchasing, merchandising, and sales management.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer service.
Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
