Are you a strong salesperson with leadership potential? We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help drive sales and support daily operations.

In this role, you will be:
? Working designated hours in-store, providing excellent customer service and meet sales goals
? Assisting the owner with sales strategies, orders, inventory management, daily operation, and performing all other related duties as directed by the owner

? Hiring, training and supporting team members to improve performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year retail experience in a leadership role
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities
• Strong time management, and priority-setting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
