Freshslice Pizza Global Head Office is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an
Assistant Store Manager at 2949 Main Street, Vancouver.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least two (2) years of restaurant (preferably pizza) management experience Have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills Understand that "good teamwork" increases the success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they are Be committed to operational and training systems Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills Be able to interact easily with diverse employees Be knowledgeable of and can use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently Ability to handle cash register and sales transactions for customer orders
Bonus:
$50,000
bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee$25,000
bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership$15,000
bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner$5,000
bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full-time, exclusive & live in the area)*$1,000
bonus for each successful location you findHands on experience of making pizzas and understanding of menu items & guidelines, inventory/stock, prepping, cleaning, sampling is a plus.
*Substantial Bonus & Rewards based on performance

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
