Job purpose: As Assistant Store Manager, you bring the Reigning Champ culture to life and are an exceptional brand ambassador. Partnering with the Store Manager to build a high-performance team, driving quality growth through a world-class client experience. Responsible for all store operations, you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, running the business as if it were your own.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Leading a retail team through all aspects of store operations including, inventory management, visual merchandising, recruiting, product knowledge and floor management.
• Delivering a high-quality customer service experience with a hands-on approach.
• Partnering with the Store Manager to create a positive, collaborative team environment and drive to achieve sales goals.
• Accountable for the quality of education on the floor around our products, services, culture and community.
• Leverage both online and retail stores for clients, facilitating and supporting purchases when/where/how the client wishes.
• Resolve difficult client interactions with respect and empathy, creating solutions that work for all.
• Participate in building the team through recruiting, interviewing, hiring and developing Product Specialists.
• Coach and deliver feedback in the moment elevating the team’s performance.
• Knowledgeable on company communication, product drops, new initiatives.
• Proactively share insights, feedback and learnings to management to improve the overall business.
• Maintain awareness on relevant market and industry trends and stay updated on company news

• Leads an active lifestyle and can authentically speak to using the product
• You have your finger on the pulse of the men’s contemporary and athletic spaces, sports and culture
• Strong focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining high service standards
• Positive, collaborative and motivated team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Acts with integrity and professionalism
• Creative thinking and problem-solving
• Coachable and active with self-development
• 2-3 years retail/leadership experience

In addition, it will be considered an asset if you have:

• Post-secondary education
• Second language
