Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager to manage ordering and obtaining supplies.

- Communicate/ report any issues or incidents happening in the store with management and Human Resources.

- Smooth running of the team when Manager is not here

- Coffee knowledges.

- Line cook knowledge - set plates.

- Quality control of all supplies, food, drink/ beverages, kitchen hygiene and health and safety.

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

- knowledges of all the food served.

- Contribute to training and development of the team

- Manage customers' expectations and assist in dealing and solving all queries

- Manage and coordinate food and beverages

- Maintaining accurate records and accounts as required and reporting as agreed

- Manage front of house duties to include taking and serving order, cleaning and preparing tables, preparing bills and taking payment.

- Set an example for the team members of commitment, work ethic and habit and personal character.

- You will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing schedules and demands

- Ability to work under pressure

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation, monitor food presentation and address any issues or concerns related to food quality.

Full time position - 40h
