Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in both operational setup and ongoing store operations. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, with the majority of time spent working on the floor, while also assisting with organization, communication, and team coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Store Operations (Approx. 80-90%)

Prepare and serve

all beverages

and menu items Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Support opening and closing duties as assigned Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service Assist with inventory handling and restocking Work collaboratively with team members during shifts

Communication, Organization & Management Support (Approx. 10-20%)

Assist with organizing daily tasks, workflows, and shift priorities Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team members Support interactions with government agencies and regulatory bodies as required Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of team members Help ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures Support general administrative and organizational needs of the store
