What You'll Do
Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience: Support the team in creating exceptional VR experiences for guests. Handle guest de-escalations and ensure smooth operations during scheduled bookings.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Conduct hardware/software checks, communicate issues promptly, and assist with new software updates and experience launches.
Maintain a Premium Environment: Ensure the store, experience rooms, and equipment remain clean and organized.
Store Management: Co-lead scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours, manage timecards, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Drive future bookings and set achievable sales and KPI goals for the team.
Store Leadership: Provide coaching and feedback to team members, conduct pre-shift check-ins, and maintain high morale. Assist in interviewing and hiring Guest Experience Guides.
Training: Be well-versed in all store operations and help onboard new staff with hands-on training and e-learning support.
No Prior Experience Required: We provide full training--bring your leadership skills and willingness to learn!
What We're Looking For
Leadership Experience: 2+ years in retail or hospitality operations management.
Business Management Literacy: Comfortable with retail math, profit and loss statements, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
Knowledge of pricing strategies, sales management, marketing techniques, and customer service standards.
Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and professionally.
Effective negotiation skills along with administrative experience related to payroll or budgeting are preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
Team Player: Positive attitude, no egos, and a love for collaboration.
Adaptable Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected challenges.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs., and occasional stair climbing.
Tech-Friendly: Basic computer/tablet skills and willingness to learn VR technology.
Availability: Must be 18+ and available on weekends.
