Suzanne's & Jenny's is recruiting a superstar Assistant Manager to join our team in Stettler!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service. Greet and assist customers using Suzanne's Customer Service Experience Sequence. Assist store manager in merchandising and administrative duties. Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system. Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets. Perform opening and closing duties. Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store. Stay up to date on Suzanne's fashion trends and merchandise arrivals. Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.

REQUIREMENTS

At least two years of proven excellence in a fashion retail sales position

. A desire to grow your skillset and utilize your strong leadership skills. Customer service oriented. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Friendly positive and outgoing personality. Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset. Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register. Punctual and reliable. Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
