Assistant Store Manager - Retail
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join a reputable retail client in Mississauga, ON!
Details:
- Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Mississauga, fully on-site
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000 (depending on experience) + $1000 monthly target bonus
- Hours: Shifts are anytime between 6:00AM to 12:00AM (7.5 hours a day), weekday and weekend shifts

- Coach & Lead: Train, mentor, and guide team members through regular feedback, performance connects, and coaching to ensure excellence in sales and service
- Results: Support sales targets through daily floor leadership, individual performance management, and team motivation
- Collaborate with Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and develop talent while building a positive, high-energy team culture
- Own Operations: Oversee daily store functions including opening/closing procedures,
- Enhance the Customer Experience: Resolve escalations, maintain service quality,
- Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs, sales metrics
- Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels, perform stock checks, and submit
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
