Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate staff, including recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating team members
Manage payroll, scheduling, and cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and tact
Oversee inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities
Utilize POS systems for transactions, returns, and data entry with accuracy
Conduct marketing activities within the store to promote products and special events
Assist in budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to support overall store performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive shopping environment
Skills
Proven leadership with supervising experience in retail or related fields
