Assistant Store Manager

to help lead our store, support our team, and drive results -- while having fun doing it.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly and successfully. Your role will include:

Leadership & Operations



Supporting daily store operations, sales performance, and profitability Acting as Manager on Duty when required Helping execute company initiatives, policies, and operational standards Monitoring KPIs and assisting with scheduling and expense control Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment

Team Development



Coaching, training, and mentoring sales associates Helping foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace Supporting performance feedback and development conversations

Customer Experience



Leading by example with outstanding customer service Supporting sales initiatives, loyalty programs, and customer engagement Helping train staff in product knowledge and customer connection

Inventory & Merchandising



Assisting with inventory management, receiving, and stock organization Supporting inventory counts and shrink prevention Ensuring promotional and visual merchandising standards are executed on time

Security & Compliance



Promoting a secure environment for staff and customers Supporting product security and incident handling Following company safety, emergency, and compliance guidelines

What We're Looking For

Retail leadership or supervisory experience (Assistant Manager experience is an asset) Strong communication, problem-solving, and people-leadership skills A customer-first mindset with a passion for selling and service Reliable, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure Comfortable using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
