Job Summary:

We're looking for an energetic Assistant Manager who is ready to grow in retail management and shares our passion for Formula 1. You'll support the Store Manager in delivering a high-performance team culture and creating an engaging, fan-driven in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with achieving sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

Help manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing, stock handling, and floor supervision.

Be a brand ambassador by staying current on Formula 1 news, teams, and product releases.

Contribute to visual merchandising that highlights seasonal collections, special editions, and race-specific gear.

Take initiative in solving customer issues and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Act as Store Manager when needed, demonstrating leadership and accountability.

Help plan and execute in-store events or race weekend promotions.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a retail sales role (apparel or sports preferred).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability.

Intermediate level of English required, other languages are preferred but not essential.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a degree, even better!

Flexibility to work scheduled hours including weekends, public holidays, and race-related events.

Interest in motorsports and the Formula 1 fanbase preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
