Job Description

Our team is seeking an assistant store manager for our Nani's Gelato Mississauga store! We specialize in making all of our unique, fusion flavours in house and take a great deal of pride in providing a high level of customer service.

We are seeking candidates that love to engage with people, are outgoing, work within an energetic team, perform well in a fast paced environment and LOVE ice cream / gelato.

This position is ideal for someone looking for a full time, permanent position year round with an opportunity to grow with the company as this our head quarters / corporate store. Our shifts vary from weekdays and weekends and typically run from the late afternoon into the evening.

Training is included and paid for, free gelato is available for our team during each shift and each individual staff member will always be supported with other team members during shifts.

The Manager will be responsible for:

Overseeing day to day operations Training new team members Scooping gelato Supporting basic food prep Taking leadership within our team on a daily basis Opening and closing the shop Obtaining their Food Handler's Certificate Support with team scheduling Overseeing inventory management Supporting our back of house team with various tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
