As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support our daily operations and drive team success at our Toronto and Mississauga locations.

As an Assistant Store Manager at Ecogo, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee store operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You'll help maintain a smooth-running retail environment while contributing to sales goals, staff training, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day operations and staff supervision. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Support sales team with training, coaching, and performance feedback. Handle customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels. Oversee product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control. Perform basic mechanical tasks such as assembling or troubleshooting e-scooters and e-bikes. Must be handy, able to assist and supervise mechanics, and perform tasks independently after training. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Able to multitasking, take over any task as assigned.

Qualifications:

2+ years of retail or sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for sustainability and the e-mobility industry. Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical product features. Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
