In this role you will:
  • Encourage your team to delight every customer, and make their experiences memorable
  • Be the first to learn about new products and services and provide tailored solutions to your customers
  • Be a team player by supporting and empowering your teammates to drive towards higher sales results month over month
  • Work with the Sales Manager to provide your team with superior leadership and help them realize their potential
  • Actively sell and lead by example.
  • Assist in monitoring the daily operations of the store including inventory management
