This positon also has tip compensation. On average this may add an additional $4-$6 onto the hourly total.

What You'll Do

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead a team of budtenders, create a positive store culture, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Your day-to-day will include:

Leading by example to foster a positive, educational, and customer-first environment. Hiring, training, and coaching team members. Managing daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory. Collaborating with the corporate team on promotions, community initiatives, and store strategies. Ensuring compliance with all cannabis retail regulations. Supporting team education through ongoing product knowledge and development.

What We're Looking For

Must be 19+ with flexible availability, including weekends and evenings 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality leadership Pre-employment Criminal Record Check Valid provincial cannabis certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills A genuine interest in cannabis education and community engagement
