Proven ability to deliver results in a highly driven sales environment with an understanding of KPIs Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment Effective coach who has the ability to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store A desire to provide an outstanding experience for both customers and team members Supporting the visions and goals of the business
