-------------College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Tasks
---------Direct and control daily operations Determine merchandise and services to be sold Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Supervision
---------------5-10 people
Experience
