We believe that the quality of our service should match the quality of our product and that is why we are looking for a Super Assistant Store Manager to join our team. By joining our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize customer satisfaction, meet wonderful customers, and make their experience one to remember by helping them with the maintenance of their pool and/or spa.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty in both French and English. Provide advice to customers on spa and pool maintenance and perform basic water tests (training provided)*.
Process sales transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting, while ensuring products are well-displayed and rotated. Supervise, train, and keep the team informed about new products. Support the management in operational tasks and assist in resolving customer issues. Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the store.
Desired Profile

Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) - required. Experience in customer service and/or team supervision is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility. Enjoy active work: comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally handling products. Fast learner with the ability to train and support other employees. Organized, adaptable, and motivated by teamwork.
