Assistant Store Manager

The assistant manager is responsible for supporting the Store manager in ensuring store procedures and policies are up to date and being followed. This role also brings forward teamwork in making sure that store tasks are being completed, the staff are fully trained, and making sure the shop itself is visibly appealing to customers. Along with that the Assistant manager will be in charge of helping with inventory counts, and being the Manager on Duty (MOD) when the store manager is away or absent for any reason. The assistant manager is needed to be a trustworthy, hard worker, that will work with the Manager in a respectful team oriented fashion.

MAIN DUTIES

Training staff on new procedures and products Helping with recruitment of new hires and training Making sure inventory is done correctly and precisely Promoting new sales incentives to staff Ensuring staff complete store tasks Ensuring that the store is visibly appealing to customers Aiding with buying supplies for the store when needed Bringing a positive attitude to the workplace Promoting our online store and google reviews

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Customer service and sales experience required Previous vape knowledge is preferred (devices, coils, disposables ect.) Great communication and leadership skills Self motivated
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
