This position participates in tip sharing. On average, tips may add an additional

$4-$6 per hour to total earnings.

What You'll Do

As an

Assistant Store Manager

, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting store operations and leading a team of budtenders. You'll help shape store culture, drive exceptional customer experiences, and support the Store Manager in day-to-day execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading by example to foster a positive, educational, and customer-first environment Supporting the hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members Assisting with daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, payroll support, and inventory management Partnering with the Store Manager and corporate team on promotions, community initiatives, and store-level strategies Ensuring compliance with all provincial cannabis retail regulations and company policies Supporting ongoing team education, product knowledge, and development

What We're Looking For

Must be

19+

with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

2+ years of experience

in retail or hospitality leadership (key holder, supervisor, or assistant manager experience preferred) Ability to pass a

pre-employment Criminal Record Check

Valid provincial cannabis certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication, organization, and people-leadership skills A genuine interest in cannabis education, customer experience, and community engagement
