Assistant Store Manager

to support our store operations and deliver excellent service to our community.

In this role, you'll assist the Store Manager in daily store activities, managing inventory, and ensuring our customers recieve the compassionate and knowledgeable care they deserve. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and proactive individual with strong time management skills, and a commitment to helping others.

Main Duties:

Support daily store operations, including opening/closing the store Deliver top-tier customer service, and phone etiquette in handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally Provide knowledgable assistance to customers with selecting the right medical supplies and equipment Manage inventory levels, restocking, and supplier coordination Process billing and POS transactions Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum three year experience in a customer service position; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal credentials Knowledge of home medical equipment or healthcare products is an asset Positive attitude, outgoing personality, passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer service Reliable, dependable and have good references Fast learner and able to multitask Strong interpersonal and communication skills- in both written and verbal English Software and technology proficiency- experience with QuickBooks is an asset Social Media literacy Creative thinking and problem solving skills Able to lift up to 50lbs and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
