Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our flagship location in Barrington Passage--the original store that launched the Wilson Group and was recognized as Store of the Year.

What You'll Do:

Support and partner with the Store Manager

Lead and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service

Oversee scheduling, training, and merchandising standards

Drive sales and uphold operational excellence

What You Bring:

Leadership experience in retail or a related field

Strong communication and multitasking skills

A hands-on, lead-by-example approach

Passion for people and problem solving
