Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with store operation and implementation of our company\xe2\x80\x99s Servant Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 Integrity, Guest Focus, Accountability, Recognition, Excellent Execution, People and Teamwork. You\xe2\x80\x99ll learn about 7-Eleven\xe2\x80\x99s Retailer Initiative strategy, and be trained on our Retail Information System inventory management and ordering technology. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also assist with managing the store staff \xe2\x80\x93 coaching, training, feedback and scheduling \xe2\x80\x93 after completion of the required training and certifications.
