Responsibilities

Support the Service Department by identifying coaching and development opportunities across the team. Assist Service Advisors with complex diagnostics and help communicate technical issues to both staff and customers. Identify knowledge or productivity gaps and collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and performance. Organize the shop floor and parking areas to maintain safety, accessibility, and smooth workflow. Assist the leadership team in supervising Technicians, reviewing repair quality, and ensuring dealership standards are upheld. Conduct reviews of all shop comebacks with the relevant Technicians to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in automotive retail as a Service Advisor. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. Able to work independently with close attention to detail. Previous management experience is an asset. Bilingual in French and English

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
