Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales representatives to exceed targets
Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in the construction industry
Maintain and grow a personal sales pipeline, including managing projects, bids, and tenders
Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients
Track and report performance metrics to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the construction or industrial sector
Strong negotiation and business development skills
Ability to balance team leadership with personal sales performance
Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
