As the Assistant Security Supervisor and Second in Command, you will support the Security Supervisor in leading the team of guards, ensuring that all security operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will take charge in the Supervisor's absence, maintain clear communication across all shifts, and help foster a culture of professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service. This role requires adaptability, leadership, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Supervisor

Lead a team of on-site security guards Responsible for creating the employee schedule including replacements for book offs Manage inventory control (Uniforms) Responsible for the signing authority for the security license's that are issued Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on SOP's Promote and support the daily administrative tasks and training staff on the technology access on site level Issue and manage access cards Complete daily reports and incident reports All other related duties and opportunity for career growth and advancement

Qualifications for Assistant Security Supervisor

Be authorized to work in Canada Valid PEI Security License Valid PEI Drivers License Experience in supervisory/leadership roles 1-3 years of experience in security and team management First aid certification - an asset
