Job Description

We're a fast-growing company specializing in

rubber surfacing, asphalt sealcoating, power washing, and outdoor renovations

across Vancouver Island. We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven

Sales Representative

to help us grow our client base in Victoria.

What You'll Do:

Generate leads through door-to-door, phone, and referral outreach Follow up with inbound inquiries and schedule estimates Conduct on-site consultations and provide detailed service quotes Build strong relationships with customers and close deals Collaborate with the operations team to ensure top-notch project delivery

What We're Looking For:

Self-motivated and confident communicator Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Must be reliable, professional, and hungry to earn Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required Knowledge of home improvement or exterior services is a plus
