Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve dealership targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and customer engagement.
Oversee daily dealership operations, including finance approvals, paperwork processing, and inventory management.
Conduct interviews and participate in the recruitment process for new sales associates.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, promotions, and financing options.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with vehicle selection, and resolving concerns promptly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to implement effective marketing and lead generation strategies.
Maintain a deep understanding of vehicle models, features, and financing options to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership management is preferred.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess and recruit top sales talent.
Proficient in financing processes, deal structuring, and customer negotiations.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Demonstrated ability to sell vehicles while providing excellent customer service.
