We are seeking career-focused individuals who want to grow their careers within a supportive and motivating environment.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.\xc2\xb7 Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.\xc2\xb7 Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.\xc2\xb7 Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.\xc2\xb7 Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Qualifications

• Exception Customer Service
• Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Professional sales aptitude
• Strong digital understanding

• Understands the importance of being part of a team
• Utilizes all tools from digital to CRM applications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• OMVIC Certification
• Clean driving record and valid driver\'s license
