, two whimsical retail shops in the heart of downtown Charlottetown. Our shops are known for their handcrafted jewelry, unique gifts, and meaningful stories - and we're seeking someone who will take pride in helping us bring that magic to life, every single day.

What you'll do:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and upholding shop standards Provide thoughtful, attentive customer service and build lasting relationships with our clientele Create beautiful in-store displays and assist with seasonal window design Assist with training, scheduling, and motivating seasonal staff Help with social media content and website updates Perform keyholder duties including opening, closing, cash handling, and daily deposits

What we're looking for:

1-2 years of experience in a retail keyholder or supervisor role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities An eye for display and merchandising Writing skills and comfort with digital tools/social media Experience or interest in jewelry is an asset, but not required - we'll provide training! Must be bondable; criminal record checks will be conducted
This is a

year-round position

with flexible scheduling in quieter seasons, and a vibrant pace during the busy summer months. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help shape the customer experience at our beloved shops.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
