Jambo Grill & Good Morning Paan Ltd. is a dynamic restaurant known for quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, staff supervision, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and evaluate daily restaurant operations. Supervise, train, and monitor staff performance (5-10 team members). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Manage inventory and negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies. Adjust menu prices and food preparation methods in line with budgets. Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner. Negotiate catering and facility-use arrangements with clients. Provide outstanding customer service and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace health regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Supervision

Ability to manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members.

Serving It Right Certificate Food Safety Certificate

Personal Suitability

Strong team player with problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused and proactive in decision-making.
