Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, highly rated takeout restaurant. In this position, you'll assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. What you'll do
Assist ownership in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experiences.
Manage and update the Clover Point of Sale system to ensure accurate orders.
Cash handling, end of day reporting, and opening/closing duties.
Maintain and update Skip the Dishes platform including working with Skip representatives for offers, updating images, etc.
Manage and maintain web and social media presence including audience engagement
Daily cleaning and maintenance activities as required including soft serve machine, coffee machines, bakery counter and display fridges.
Acquire and share in-depth knowledge on our menu, ingredients and methods with customers.
Basic qualifications
5 years proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in hospitality management from a certified college or university
Preferred qualifications
Background in nutrition and dietary planning.
Experience with food production, catering, or banquet services is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on training & development of team members.
Experience in marketing, social media and other online platforms a bonus
