Are you a hospitality superstar with proven leadership skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to be part of an upscale casual dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Role model exceptional hospitality to guests and team members.
- Connect with guests to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to drive sales and increase profit.
- Assist in the hiring process, including interviews and training.
- Develop supervisors and oversee front-of-house areas.
- Leadership experience in full-service restaurants or bars.
- Proven leadership skills and motivation to bring out the best in others.
- Energetic, positive, and patient with strong communication skills.
- Drive for continuous improvement.
- Committed to inclusivity and embracing diversity.
- Leadership development experience is a plus.
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Restaurant Supervisor (required)
