Assistant Restaurant Manager
to join their team! In this role you will assist the operations team in overseeing and leading our restaurant outlets and in-room dining. Are you looking to take the next step in your career?   • Have previous experience in a union atmosphere, with a natural and positive approach to hospitality leadership
The preferred candidate will:
  • Posses previous experience coordinating events for 20-30 guests
  • Posses fine dining experience in a mid-high volume atmosphere
This is a
Full-Time
position, candidates will need full availability including: nights, weekends and holidays. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all Food and Beverage operations including Restaurants, Bars, Cafe and Room Service to ensure quality and service by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Manage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standards
  • Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service
  • Ensure Team Members maximize all sales opportunities
  • Ensure Team Members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
  • Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Accurately manage all transactions during service
  • Manage Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels
  • Can program Point of Sale (POS) systems and use it effectively for reporting, control analysis
  • Has ability to balance a fast-paced, constantly changing workload; highly organized (prioritized, delegates and follows up on tasks)
  • Is resilient to set-backs and a demanding personal schedule
