We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

Assist in managing restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and presentation standards are met. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational flow. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in developing strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.25-$22.14 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
