We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Abbotsford BC - North Parallel Location, as Assistant Manager of the Rentals Department.

The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day management of the dealership's rentals department, to train, oversee
and assign duties to staff, and respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
He or she will work alongside the Rentals Manager to efficiently supervise the development and direction of the rentals
team to drive the growth of revenue, to budget and monitor expenses, to ensure quality of service, and to promote a
high level of customer satisfaction. He/she operates as acting Rentals Manager when the Manager is away.

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Field of study: Business Administration and Management, General, or Hospitality Administration/Management, General

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, Rental agency, On-site customer service.

Transportation/Travel: Valid driver license

Manage staff and assign duties

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Determine staffing requirements

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
