Job Description
Wanted: Asssitant Property/Construction Manager for Commercial and Residential Properties.
We are a mid-sized property management/developer company looking for an Assistant Property/Construction manager for commercial and residential projects and properties.
Applicant must have several years of construction and/or property manager experience in construction and be a bit of a jack of all trades.
Heavy Equipment , Plumbing and electrical experience would be an asset.
Must be able to read plans, elevations, lasers
Must have own vehicle and tools.
Must be over 30 and have clean drivers record
ABSOLUTELY NO HEAVY DRINKERS OR ADDICTS

Pay: $27.50-$35.00 per hour
