Assistant Project Manager
High Rise Residential
Location: Toronto, ON

We are a full-service Construction Management firm specializing in delivering high-rise mixed-use and residential construction projects in Toronto. With a focus on quality, and innovation, , we strive to exceed industry standards in every project we undertake.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying problems and offering efficient solutions in a timely manner
  • Administrative tasks such as taking and directing calls, and managing payroll
  • Creating reports on project progress and submitting them to the Project Manager
  • Communicating with stakeholders, employees, and clients
  • Assigning tasks to employees
  • Researching information that may help leverage project development
  • Overseeing budget and project spending
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in mid or high-rise residential construction
  • Post-secondary education in Construction, Architecture or related fields is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of residential mid or high-rise construction in Ontario
