With over 30 years of experience investing in all types of real estate, we're looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager support our CEO and management team with both business and personal tasks.
What You'll Do:
Organize the CEO's personal and professional schedule
Manage incoming and outgoing emails (Gmail & Outlook)
Coordinate with contractors and vendors via call/text
Schedule appointments and make bookings
Organize credit card and bank statements
Open and sort physical mail
Post listings on platforms like Facebook and Craigslist
Support light admin on tools like Monday.com and OneDrive
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Tech-savvy with experience using Gmail, Outlook, and basic admin platforms
Reliable transportation, your own laptop, and phone
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
