Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of various project management methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and facilitate effective collaboration.

Responsibilities



Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress and reporting. Support change management initiatives by effectively communicating changes to stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project updates and gather feedback. Monitor project performance using quality management principles to ensure deliverables meet standards. Engage in continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data collection processes and outcomes.

Skills



Proficient in project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and PMBOK. Experience with tools such as Confluence, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Primavera P6, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Workday. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Leadership experience with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of budgeting, time management, vendor management, risk management, and program management principles. Familiarity with data analysis skills including SAS for informed decision-making. Ability to gather requirements effectively while maintaining a focus on quality management throughout the project lifecycle. Pay: $76,604.14-$115,137.39 per year
