The Assistant Project Manager will work under a senior Project Manager and will be responsible for planning, management direction, project execution, client, and vendor satisfaction for assigned construction projects.
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible to prepare all project documents according to NIACON's best practices, including but not limited to:
Project Start-Up
Contract negotiations & procurement
Purchase orders/contracts
Project controls & documents in Procore
Construction Billings
Cash Flow Projections
Cost tracking for sequential costing
Submittals & Transmittals
Scheduling
Job Cost Analysis
Project Schedule Adherence
Weekly OAC Meetings
Meeting Minutes and Documentation
Project Monthly Report Generation
Change Management Reports
Application for Payment Verification
Contract Administration
Deficiency Management
Project Close Out
Warranty Review & Management
