Position Summary:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project management efforts across various residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of construction experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Support the team in ensuring compliance with safety standards and building regulations. General carpentry tasks and managing service work for existing projects.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction. Experience in commercial construction is a bonus. Extensive carpentry skills and a solid understanding of construction processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
