Assistant Project Coordinator:
We are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Project Coordinator to help in person in our London office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicate with vendors such as contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and specified manufacturers on an ongoing basis.
Experienced in the accurate interpretation of specifications and drawings.
Organize project documents, set up projects, scheduling and coordinating, shop drawings, RFI's, revisions to contract, close out documents.
Maintain filing systems and data bases
Creating and maintaining maintenance manuals
Provide general support to other office staff
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of office administration duties
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe
Ability to demonstrate a highly proficient level of accuracy in data entry
Organization and multi-tasking skills
